Copado Essentials - Component Dependencies (General Availability)
We are pleased to announce the latest release of the Component Dependencies feature in Copado Essentials, now generally available.
This release streamlines dependency analysis for deployments and work items, delivering a more expanded metadata type coverage and efficient identification of component dependencies.
Key Features
Expanded Coverage: Dependency analysis now supports the majority of metadata types.
Custom Analysis: Custom dependency analysis for metadata types not yet covered by the Salesforce Dependency API, such as Workflow and Permission Set.
Diff Flag Support: New diff flag support for dependencies to help users easily identify if a dependency is new, changed or same.
User Experience: New UX allows for easier grouping, identification, comparison, and selection of all dependent components at once.
Performance Optimization: performance improvements for components with large dependency sets, ensuring faster analysis.
