Support apex test configurations for pre-pull request validation

After users commit changes to Git using Copado Essentials git flow, users can use Copado Essentials validate feature to validate the commit against a target org prior to submitting the pull request for review.

While this feature has been available since 19.6.0 release, users were not able to specify apex test options while validating in this fashion. Such capability has now been added in this release.

To change apex test configurations, simply go to Deploy Options > Change > Test Level. In addition, you can also select to include code coverage result option. Once this is set, you can proceed to validating the commit via More > Validate.
