User default deployment preferences

You can now define default deployment preferences that will be applied to every new deployment or CI job created. The screen below can be accessed via Account Settings > Default Deploy Options. At the starting point, this includes Profile settings and email notification setting.

Explicit deployment trigger report

Our users have asked that Copado Essentials should report on deployment triggers explicitly. This is now incorporated in this release. Every time a deployment runs, the Run By attribute reports one of the following values:

  • Webhook: deployment triggered by a webhook event (ie. commit in Github or Bitbucket, ...)

  • System: deployment triggered by CI job

  • Name of the user: deployment triggered manually by a Copado Essentials user.
