If your org/user profile is IP restricted, you will need to modify your user profile and Network Access to allow access from the above IP addresses.

To add these reserved IP addresses to the trusted IPs in your specific orgs, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Network Access.

  2. Click on New next to Trusted IP Ranges and add the list of IP addresses above .

  3. If there are IP restrictions at the profile level, you will also need to add those IP addresses in the Login IP Ranges section of the profile.

For the relevant Salesforce documentation on IP restrictions, please refer to the link below:

If you have whitelisted the IPs above and are still unable to authorize the org access, please ensure that the connected app named ClickDeploy.io (aka Copado Essentials) is not blocked. You can check and unblock the app via
โ€‹Setup > Connected App > Connected Apps Oauth Usage > Unblock ClickDeploy.io

If you are still having trouble, your sandbox may have been impacted by a Salesforce outage or Hyperforce migration. Please see the following article for details: Error re-authorizing sandbox in Organizations tab.
