Information related to previous Work Items and Deployments can be found collectively within the History tab. Here, up to 1 year of Work Items and Deployments will be stored, where results can be refined by your deployment history or team deployments by target org, or narrowed down to a single deployment when you search by deployment name. The result of each option can be exported to retain a local copy in CSV or Excel format, which is recommended for maintaining a complete audit trail.
The information displayed within the History tab can be filtered as needed, but includes:
Project Name
Deployment or Work Item Name
Deployment or Work Item Owner
Source Org
Target Org
Run By (who triggered the deployment), and
Deployment Date
A history of CI Jobs activity can be accessed within the Build History of specific CI Jobs, which shows the 20 most recent job executions. Currently, an export of this history is not supported.
