The order in which you create orgs, projects, and pipelines matters.

If you choose a project from the Project Manager that does not have orgs assigned to it, and then attempt to create a pipeline you will get the following error: "Org must belong to the same client"

The solution is to associate orgs with your project before creating the pipeline for this project.
