If you noticed the phrase "Free Trial" along the tab line this does not mean that you have kicked off a free trial (yet). This is a tab to navigate to the window where you CAN initiate a free trial if you are on a free user or the Essentials Basic license. ​ To confirm and ensure what your user has assigned to it as a license navigate to &gt;Account Settings &gt; Account Details &gt; to the right of "License Type" will list the license you are on. ​ Enabling the free trial gives you access to the full suit of features offered on the Essentials Plus license. ​ ​
