If you noticed the phrase "Free Trial" along the tab line this does not mean that you have kicked off a free trial (yet). This is a tab to navigate to the window where you CAN initiate a free trial if you are on a free user or the Essentials Basic license.

To confirm and ensure what your user has assigned to it as a license navigate to >Account Settings > Account Details > to the right of "License Type" will list the license you are on.

Enabling the free trial gives you access to the full suit of features offered on the Essentials Plus license.
