Email Template Folder metadata deployment:

Previously, there was an issue with retrieving Email Template Folder metadata for deployment. This issue has now been resolved, and the metadata can be deployed successfully.

The deployment issue with LayoutAssignment in Profiles has been addressed and resolved.
