Occasionally, we see cases where a user reports that the Essentials application does not display properly. For example, in the screenshot below, the Essentials CSS has been disabled/blocked, which causes the application UX to disappear.

Clearing your browser cache typically resolves UX issues. You can also try opening the CSS file in Booststrap (a popular front-end framework designed to help developers create responsive and visually appealing websites and web applications more easily and efficiently). If the CSS file does NOT open, you may want to check with your IT team to see if you have a network issue.

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can take:

#1. Check Browser Compatibility

- Use a supported browser version. Sometimes, older versions of browsers may not fully support the latest web technologies used by the Essentials app.

- Try a different browser to see if the issue persists.

2. Disable Browser Extensions

- Disable any browser extensions or plugins, especially ad-blockers or security extensions, as these can sometimes interfere with the rendering of web elements.

3. Inspect Console for Errors

- Open the browser's Developer Tools (usually accessible via F12) and check the Console tab for any errors or warnings that could give clues about what’s going wrong.

4. Test in Incognito Mode

- Try accessing the app in Incognito or Private Browsing mode. This can help determine if there are any conflicts with cookies or other browser data.

5. Check for Network Issues

- Ensure that there are no network issues on the user's end. Sometimes, slow or unstable connections can cause incomplete loading of app resources.

6. Update or Reinstall Browser

- Update your browser to the latest version, or reinstalling it if the issue persists.
