All Copado Essentials requests are initiated from 52.53.143.65. If your org/user profile is IP restricted, you would need to modify your user profile and Network Access to allow access from the above IP address.

To add these reserved IP addresses to the trusted IPs in your specific orgs, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Network Access.

  2. Click on New next to Trusted IP Ranges and add 52.53.143.65.

  3. If there are IP restrictions at the profile level, you will also need to add the address 52.53.143.65 in the Login IP Ranges section of the profile.
