Unfortunately no. Copado Essentials needs access to your org metadata via Salesforce metadata api. Unless Salesforce introduces a more granular level of permission for Metadata access only in the future, you will need to be an admin in order to authorize an org connection with Copado Essentials.
Can I set up connection to orgs that I do not have admin access ?
