We are excited to add three new features to your Essentials application in this month's release.
Support of "Identity Verification" Metadata
The Identity Verification feature has been implemented to enhance security by ensuring the identity of customers before sharing sensitive information with them. This feature is valuable in protecting sensitive data and maintaining trust with customers.
New Purchase Experience
A new purchase experience has been introduced for all new clients, and it will also become available to existing users within the next two weeks. This suggests that there have been updates or improvements to the purchasing process, likely aimed at providing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for customers.
New role: Team Lead
A new role called "Team Lead" has been introduced. This role has been designed to have specific responsibilities related to helping the Team Owner. In particular, Team Leads are now empowered to create pipelines and projects, which suggests that they have a significant role in managing and organizing team-related tasks and projects.
